I began my career in executive search with one of the nation’s leading retained search firms. After running their offices in Chicago and Minneapolis for seven successful years, I ventured out to develop a national retained search firm that would express my own vision and provide the highest level of search expertise to clients.
MaryJeanne is on the Board of Directors of Project for Pride in Living (PPL) and Make-A-Wish Foundation, MN. Prior to starting her career in Executive Search, she held executive-level Merchandising and Design positions with large national retailers. MaryJeanne attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, NY majoring in Business and Retail Merchandising. She grew up in New York, NY and spent a number of years on the West Coast before relocating to the Twin Cities.
Lynn believes that life is all about opening doors, and the secret to happiness and success is being able to recognize them! For over 25 years, she has been helping businesses find answers to their needs through this philosophy. Her career has been spent building strong, long-term client partnerships throughout many industries. Her expansive network and deep understanding of company cultures and corporate awareness has led to an expansive network in corporate business, national and local retail, and digital and print media. When she is not opening doors, or taking care of her family, she is directing kids’ musicals or performing as a MinnRoast dancer and singer at the State Theater.
As the Talent Development specialist at MJ Scott Search, I am responsible supporting the research and candidate development function. My key areas include Retail Store Management, Buying, Category Management, Planning, Sourcing and Digital. All of our clients expect us to find them the very best talent in the country!
