My career has always been about building businesses that need a high level of intuition to make the right decision. This business is by far the greatest use of those skills. I have been committed to helping client companies, both large and small, to fill some of their most challenging and important positions for more than 16 years. By developing solid relationships, I make successful placements thrive and grow within those organizations.
I began my career in executive search with one of the nation’s leading retained search firms. After running their offices in Chicago and Minneapolis for seven successful years, I ventured out to develop a national retained search firm that would express my own vision and provide the highest level of search expertise to clients.
